Riding a bike in a preserve

The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County has worked to restore prairies, woodlands and wetlands for more than 100 years. While the Forest Preserve District remains dedicated to preserving natural areas and conserving wildlife, it also maintains outdoor places and offers programming to connect people to nature countywide. Its nearly 26,000 acres, 60 forest preserves and 145 miles of trails host more than 4 million visitors each year.
